Hello everyone,
It’s that time of the year again where I take a look back from this year. It’s hard to believe that we are a couple days away to Christmas already. Where did this year go? 2024 and the end of 2023 wasn’t what I was hoping for. As for most of you know at the end of November 2023 I had to stop working because I was in so much pain from plantar fasciitis in my feet that the pain started to affect my whole body. So this year was all about trying to heal the pain from getting new orthotics too many different appointments with Massage therapy and Physiotherapy. As for my mental heath that really did take a turn as well. I am so used to being able to be active but unfortunately that wasn’t the case for me this year. This year has taught me to try and be more patient. For me being patient is something that I’m not a fan of. Sometimes you just need to slow down and that’s what happened to me this year. I had to slow down by taking care of my mental and physical health. As for writing I was hoping to do a lot more of that this year but I just couldn’t because I wasn’t feeling very inspired. I am hoping to do a lot more of it next year. Although I do have a project on the go right now that I have been working hard on that has taken most of my time lately. I am still not ready yet to say anything about it just yet on the blog. Once I do finally get it done I will write about it on my blog.
Well on that note I just want to take this moment to thank you for reading this post. I hope that you all have a wonderful holiday season with your families as we are so close to Christmas.
